Oven Caramel Corn Recipe

No-Bake Cereal Scotch BarINGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups unpopped corn
2 sticks margarine
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sorghum
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
pinch cream of tarter

DIRECTIONS:
Place the popped corn in a roaster. In a medium pan melt the margarine. Stir in the sugars, sorghum, salt and cream of tarter. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and soda, blend well. Pour over popped corn, stirring until evenly coated. Bake at 250 degrees for on hour stirring every 15 minutes.
